Scrum Master

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master. You will have the opportunity to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will ensure that the development teams follow scrum values and agile principles and practices. This role allows you to work closely with cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and drive organizational change through effective agile methodologies.

What you’ll do

• Using Agile best practices and maintain consistency in project deliverables.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile principles and practices, helping team members embrace Agile values.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance and analyze metrics to improve productivity and achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate and oversee product demonstrations and comprehensive system testing.
• Track project processes, deliverables, and financials, while preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders .

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
• Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• 10+ years of experience in the technical field preferably in the fintech or digital banking industries.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
