Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, highquality applications across our digital banking and fintech platforms. This role requires strong expertise across both backend and frontend technologies, with the ability to contribute to system design, build robust APIs, and deliver intuitive user interfaces. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solution-oriented, and experienced in working within Agile environments on complex, enterprise-grade systems.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Integrate with third-party services, payment gateways, and banking systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the team.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in software development with full-stack exposure.
• Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot) or .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
• Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, etc.).
• Strong understanding of software design principles and architecture patterns.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
